Jarahfire is committed to hiring locally to support the town of Kalgoorlie. We believe that workers who have a local support network comprised of partners, family and friends are happier, healthier and more respectful of the environment and community in which we operate.
That said, there are a limited number of positions that cannot be fulfilled locally, and we satisfy those with people who are not just highly qualified but also fit within the culture of our company.
Jarahfire Drilling is an equal opportunity employer and also promotes and supports Indigenous employment.
